Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a dynamic and vigorous style of yoga. It offers a series of poses, each held for only five breaths and punctuated by a half sun salutation to keep up the pace.

Kundalini Yoga

Cindy’s passion, and now gaining popularity in the UK, Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. This class is open to ALL LEVELS although though it will not be everyones cup of tea!

Aerial Yoga

In an aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat butyou use a silk hammock that's suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you.

Yoga Basics

Ideal place to start your yoga journey. The class takes you through the basic elements of a yoga practice.

Warm Barre

Great for rapidly toning up. For the fitness-focused yogi warm barre is a must to heat up your routine.

Ashtanga - Mysore

An invigorating self practice. You will work through the primary series at you own rate of growth by following the teacher’s instructions.

Hatha Yoga

An uplifting practice covering the basics of Hatha yoga including breathing (pranayama), posture (asana) work and alignment.

Jivamukti

A spiritual form of yoga helping guide the practitioner with a path to enlightenment.

Hot Flow

Our hot flow is based on the Vinyasa style of yoga but done in the hot room at a temperature of 35 degrees.

Warm Vinyasa Yoga

This class is done in the hot studio but the temperature is kept at 30 degrees.

Vinyasa Yoga (60 mins)

In this practice we flow through postures in a dynamic, smooth and unbroken sequence.

Warm Yin

The perfect antidote to life in the city, this quieter and restorative form of yoga is said to have strong therapeutic benefits.

Rise & Shine

This early morning class is suitable for all levels.

This is a gentle morning Vinyasa flow that wakens the body slowly and moves at a steady pace with plenty of instruction and variations for differing levels, ending in savasana.
