Wahe Guru

Cindy’s passion, and now gaining popularity in the UK, Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. This class is open to ALL LEVELS although though it will not be everyones cup of tea!

The oldest of all traditional, classic forms of yoga, Kundalini is considered to be the mother of all yogas. It’s different from other forms of yoga that you might have practiced before because we incorporate a spiritual practice as well as physical one. ‘Kundalini’ is the Sanskrit word for a special energy, symbolized by a serpent, which in many people lies dormant at the base of the spine. Through a Kundalini Yoga practice, we awaken this transformational energy.

Cindy trained to teach Kundalina Yoga with Gurmukh and Gurushabd Khalsa in 2017 and is delighted to bring this special practice to Worcester.
