If you are new to yoga go at your own pace.

If you are pregnant, or less than 7 weeks post-natal, we ask that you do not attend our general yoga and pilates classes unless specified that it is suitable. Not all of our instructors are trained in this area and we are unable to guarantee a safe pregnancy practice. No exceptions. It is generally advised that during the first trimester you do not attend any classes. If you do want to practice we strongly recommend you seek the advice of your GP. If you are more than 14 weeks into your pregnancy you are welcome to join one of our specialist pregnancy classes or classes that say they are suitable for pregnant women. Speak to reception to discuss your options.
